Many leaders have spent years producing results through sheer force of will. The work ethic is real. The sacrifice is real. The most overlooked cause of organizational stagnation is not strategy, systems, or market conditions. I have worked across SaaS, AI, high-growth environments, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, nonprofits, corporate, and small business. The industries differ. The pattern is the same: leaders who have been grinding so long they have lost sight of what sustainability actually requires.
